A flat per-practice subscription. No platform fees, no per-coachee billing, no minimums. Pick a tier that fits the size of your practice — and change it any time the practice does.

Each tier includes a monthly quota of AI sessions — one is counted each time Amplivate generates a draft reply for you to review. It is not counted per message your coachee sends, and it is not a live coaching session.

Why per-practice, not per-coachee?
The cost of running a practice — model time, sponsor reporting, storage — scales with the practice, not with how many clients sit inside it on a given month. A flat per-practice price keeps the maths predictable and lets you scale your client roster without watching the meter.

What counts as an active client?
Any client with an open thread in the last 30 days. Pause a client, the cap quietly opens back up — no clawback, no quarterly true-up.

What happens if I run out of AI sessions?
New AI sessions are blocked until the next billing period or until you upgrade your tier. Live sessions, threads, and your existing AI drafts are untouched. Metered overage billing is on the roadmap but not live today.

Do you charge sponsors?
No. When sponsor reporting ships, sponsors will get it at no extra cost. The coach pays. The coach owns the relationship.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every tier includes a fourteen-day trial — pick the one that fits and start there. No card required for the trial itself; we ask for payment details before your first AI session counts toward the included quota.

Can I bring my existing clients in?
You add clients manually during onboarding — enter each one and their thread starts fresh. Bulk import of notes, calendar, and prior session history is on the roadmap, not live today.
