- Will my employer see this?
- No. There is no employer dashboard today. When sponsor reporting arrives, it is designed to show programme-level themes only, anonymised, with a minimum cohort of five. Sponsors will never see your name, your messages, your goals, or anything you've reflected on.
- Is the AI reading my messages?
- An AI helps your coach prepare and draft replies. It does not initiate. It does not autosend. Every message you receive is approved by your coach. You can also opt your thread out of AI assistance entirely.
- What if I write something I shouldn't have?
- Ask your coach to remove it — deletion requests are honoured. The product was designed by coaches — they understand that the worst writing often becomes the best work.
- What happens when the engagement ends?

- Where is my data?
- UK / EU regions only. AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. SOC 2 on the roadmap. No training of public models on your data, ever.
