About

One founder.
One stubborn idea.

One founder in London, building this before launch. No quiet office in Clerkenwell, no coaches in residence, no clinical psychologist on staff — just the code, the screens, and a manifesto down the hall I’m trying not to break.

mplivate started with a problem, not a venture pitch. Watch an experienced coach run a serious practice and you’ll find it stitched together from a quilt of Notion, Stripe, Google Calendar, an iCloud note, and a leather diary carried everywhere. The week a diary like that goes missing is the week this conversation starts.

The thing a practice like that doesn’t want is a CRM. The thing it doesn’t want, twice over, is an “AI coach.” What it wants is something quieter — a way to hold coachees between sessions without staying up until 11pm writing them. A way to give a sponsor the evidence they keep asking for, without ever crossing the line that makes the work work.

So that’s what’s being built — before launch, one founder for now, to be shaped by the early coaches who choose to join. The product is opinionated because the person building it has watched the work up close. The architecture — the hard refusals, the things that won’t ship — comes from the same place.

We are not optimising for the largest TAM. We are optimising for the work being done well, by people we respect, for clients who deserve the room they’re given.

01 · Who’s building this

One founder. For now.

No team page yet, because there isn’t a team yet. One founder is building Amplivate before launch. Advisors and early coaches will shape it from here.

Amplivate is founder-led and pre-launch. One person is designing it, writing the code, and holding the line on the manifesto — which means every principle on that list is a personal commitment, not a committee’s.

There is no clinical psychologist on staff, no coaches in residence, no growth team. When advisors and early coaches join, this page will say so — by name and by role. Until then, honesty is the only thing worth putting here.

What won’t change with headcount: the human stays in the loop, coachee data is never sold or used to train public models, and the sponsor never sees inside the room.

02 · The shape

Where we are.

An honest snapshot. No hockey-stick chart, no logo wall. A pre-launch product, a single UK region, and a roadmap being shipped against — with room for the coaches who join early to shape it.

What you’ll never find here.

  • An “AI coach” mode that lets the human step out of the loop.
  • A sponsor dashboard that exposes individual coachees to HR.
  • Public-model training on coachee or session data. Ever.
  • Engagement metrics as a north star. We measure success in time saved, not time spent.
  • A free tier funded by selling data. We charge the coach, transparently, on a flat per-practice subscription.
  • Acquisition by a recruitment platform, an HRIS, or anyone whose business model conflicts with the manifesto.

Start where your practice is.

If the manifesto reads like something you'd sign, the system is shipping. Four tiers, per-practice flat pricing, no platform fees.
